Madison Elle Beer, a Long Island, New York, resident, was a music lover and a musician since she was ten years old. In 2012, Madison Elle Beer posted videos of herself singing covers of popular songs. Within a couple of months, pop star Justin Bieber came across her version of Etta James' "At Last" and shared it with his 25-million-plus Twitter followers. Following the media attention, she signed a record contract with Island Records and was also offered a management contract with Bieber's manger. Around that time, Beer was also cast in a small part in the film Louder Than Words, which was starring David Duchovny and made its debut at the film festival in 2013. Beer's first single with the melismatic and poppy "Melodies" was released late in 2013. In 2018 she released her first solo debut album, "As She Pleases". The track "Home with You" landed in the Top 30 in Norway, while the EP made it to the top part of the Billboard 200. Beer dropped the track "Hurts Like Hell" with Offset in the same year.
